Setup, privacy, and what Tua does (and doesn't) automate. Still curious? Drop us a line.

No. Ask Tua never applies to a job, sends a message, or submits anything on your behalf. Tua drafts the reply, the follow-up, or the tailored CV (or resume) - you review it and decide whether to send. Every action is yours to take. We built it this way deliberately: your job search is too important to hand off to a bot.

Never. The principle is simple: Tua produces, you actuate. Ask Tua will draft a follow-up to a recruiter or tailor your CV for a specific role, but it will not press send, submit an application, or take any external action without you. If a tool auto-applies on your behalf, it is not Ask Tua.

Ask Tua connects to Gmail and Outlook via OAuth - the same secure, token-based standard used by apps like Google Calendar and Slack. We never see or store your email password. You authorise access through Google or Microsoft directly, and you can revoke it at any time. Ask Tua is GDPR and UK GDPR compliant, with US state privacy laws including CCPA also covered.

Ask Tua is currently in early access beta. Beta access will be paid, but pricing details will be shared clearly before invited testers decide whether to join. The waitlist helps us understand demand, select suitable early testers and shape the product before wider release.

Job boards show you vacancies. Ask Tua connects the work around them: better-fit roles, applications, recruiter messages, follow-ups and outcomes. It helps you see what is moving, what is stalling and what to do next.

ChatGPT can draft a cover letter if you paste in the job description. Ask Tua understands your job-search context: the roles you have applied for, the recruiters you have spoken to, where each application stands and what has happened so far. It uses that context to draft in your voice, flag what is stalling and suggest the highest-impact move today.

LinkedIn is a professional network and a job board. Ask Tua connects the context behind your search. It captures LinkedIn messages via a Chrome extension, tracks the conversations and builds them into a CRM alongside your email, roles and applications. LinkedIn shows you the market; Ask Tua helps you understand what is moving, stalling and worth acting on.

Yes. The inbox, CRM, pipeline, drafting and analytics work regardless of sector or seniority. Ask Tua is particularly useful if you are applying to roles in technology, fintech, SaaS or similar fields, but the core product applies to any professional job search: track what you send, see what comes back and know what to do next.

Yes. Ask Tua works for job seekers in both the UK and the US - the inbox, CRM, pipeline, drafting, and analytics features are the same in both markets. There is no phased rollout; if you are searching for a job in either country, Ask Tua is built for you.

No, and we will not. The ATS-proofing industry is built on a myth: that a robot is silently rejecting your application before a human ever sees it. The reality is that most applications are read by people, and what wins is a CV (or resume) that speaks clearly to a specific role, written by someone who understands what that hiring manager actually needs. Ask Tua helps you do that - tailoring your application to the real job, in your voice, for the human on the other side.
