You've been job hunting blind.

Firing applications into a void. No replies, no reasons, no idea what's working. Ask Tua turns the lights on. It tracks what you send and what comes back, shows you what's getting responses and what's going quiet, and tells you the next move.

Tua drafts it. You press send.

Why good people miss the role

You’re not under-qualified. You’ve been flying blind.

The recruiter message that sat unanswered. The follow-up that never landed. The role that closed while you were heads-down at work. You never had a way to see what was working. Ask Tua turns the lights on, so nothing slips again.

One place

Your whole job search. One place.

The tracking spreadsheet, the job boards, Notion, ChatGPT, the CV builder, your inbox, LinkedIn. Your search has been scattered across a dozen tabs, and things slip through the cracks between them. Ask Tua brings it all into one place, so nothing falls down the gap.

Your CRM

Every recruiter, company, and role, in one place.

Tua keeps a CRM of your whole search. One click captures a recruiter, company, or role, and Tua files it and remembers, so nothing goes cold and no one slips.

Pipeline

Every role, ranked by momentum. New ones find you.

Every opportunity is labelled by role, company, and stage and ranked by where you are most likely to close. New roles from job boards and career pages arrive ranked in your pipeline, with a heads-up on Home.

Memory

Remembers every recruiter, and what they said.

Tua keeps a rich profile of every recruiter and hiring manager you speak to. Months later you know exactly what was discussed, asked for, and offered.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Setup, privacy, and what Tua does (and doesn't) automate. Still curious? Drop us a line.

No. Ask Tua never applies to a job, sends a message, or submits anything on your behalf. Tua drafts the reply, the follow-up, or the tailored CV (or resume) - you review it and decide whether to send. Every action is yours to take. We built it this way deliberately: your job search is too important to hand off to a bot.

Never. The principle is simple: Tua produces, you actuate. Ask Tua will draft a follow-up to a recruiter or tailor your CV for a specific role, but it will not press send, submit an application, or take any external action without you. If a tool auto-applies on your behalf, it is not Ask Tua.

Ask Tua connects to Gmail and Outlook via OAuth - the same secure, token-based standard used by apps like Google Calendar and Slack. We never see or store your email password. You authorise access through Google or Microsoft directly, and you can revoke it at any time. Ask Tua is GDPR and UK GDPR compliant, with US state privacy laws including CCPA also covered.

Ask Tua is currently in early access (beta) and we are actively looking for beta testers. Pricing details will be confirmed ahead of the full launch. If you join now, you will be among the first to know - and early supporters typically get the best deal.

Job boards show you vacancies. Ask Tua manages your entire search: it pulls in new roles ranked by fit, tracks every application you send, organises every recruiter and company into a CRM, and shows you where in the funnel you are losing ground - all in one place. It is the difference between a noticeboard and a command centre.

ChatGPT can draft a cover letter if you paste in the job description. Ask Tua knows your full search history - every role you have applied for, every recruiter you have spoken to, where you are in each process - and uses that context to draft in your voice, flag what is stalling, and tell you the highest-impact move today. It is connected to your actual search, not a blank chat window.

LinkedIn is a professional network and a job board. Ask Tua is the operational layer behind your search. It captures your LinkedIn messages via a Chrome extension, tracks the conversations, and builds them into a CRM alongside your email and applications. LinkedIn shows you the market; Ask Tua shows you how your search is performing within it.

Yes. The inbox, CRM, pipeline, drafting, and analytics work regardless of sector or seniority. Ask Tua is particularly useful if you are applying to roles in technology, fintech, SaaS, or similar fields, but the core product - tracking what you send, what comes back, and what to do next - applies to any professional job search.

Yes. Ask Tua works for job seekers in both the UK and the US - the inbox, CRM, pipeline, drafting, and analytics features are the same in both markets. There is no phased rollout; if you are searching for a job in either country, Ask Tua is built for you.

No, and we will not. The ATS-proofing industry is built on a myth: that a robot is silently rejecting your application before a human ever sees it. The reality is that most applications are read by people, and what wins is a CV (or resume) that speaks clearly to a specific role, written by someone who understands what that hiring manager actually needs. Ask Tua helps you do that - tailoring your application to the real job, in your voice, for the human on the other side.
